Hey all!!!!
Here is a softball update - the 1st few practice were GREAT til i got injured! :/ well the third practice of this fall season i injured my knee!! :/ i have been out for two and a half weeks now! I'm going to be out for a total of three weeks - on crutches for a week then went to the ortho and he said i couldn't play for two weeks - so I'm going back to the ortho Monday October 5th 10:30 am sharp to see if i can play :) which i should be able to - its killing me not being able to play!!! lol I've missed allot of practices and I've missed a scrimmage and two games so far going to miss two more - tonight's game and Thursday's game. Well yall are probably wondering how i injured my knee in softball - Well i was catcher that night we were practicing , i was warming the pitcher up as well as trying to get my other teammates out while they tried to steal home, well one of them came home and slid into my knee by accident which caused the impacted and then i fell twisting it. And my coach, I've had him for two seasons so almost one whole year, said he knew i was hurt bad because i was just laying there on the ground when that weekend at a softball tournament i got hit by a 60 mph to 70 mph ball in the hand and got up and laughed at the pitcher while i took my base. lol - so they called my dad cause i couldn't bend it, walk on it, or anything - so my dad took me to the er and they said nothing was broke and put me in a knee mobilizer and said that they couldn't get an MRI done cause it was to swollen and the ortho the next Monday said he didn't fell any ligaments damaged or anything and to take it easy for two weeks so it has been a week one more to go :))
worst part is my coach decided to pull a joke on me which had me in tears because i thought he was for real! He texted me after the 1st scrimmage and said since i was out with my knee he signed another girl up in my place and gave her my uniform!!!! i was so shocked i sent back a blank text cause i didn't know what to say then he texted back and said 'Na I'm just messing with you, ill have your uniform for you tomorrow at the game! i texted him back in all caps and said 'DUDE!!!! DON'T DO THAT TO ME! YOU SCARED THE CRAP OUT OF ME!!' and he was like 'now you should no better then that, you know i wouldn't do that to you' - lol - I'm serious he scared me to death!!! BUT just wait he has something coming for him - he just doesn't know it yet lol :)) and ill tell yall after i get him back ;) haha cant wait!!!
okay now get this - im homeschooled and my mom emailed the coach at the school close to us to see if i could try out and they said no homeschoolers could try out for any highschool league team - just because im homesschooled!!! now that made me mad! cause you know that Tim Tebow was homeschooled and he got to play highschool football! now whats up with that??!!??!
